Job Description

Duties:

Lead the architecture and long-term technical strategy for highperformance, scalable infrastructure that underpins seamless institutional adoption of crypto, driving alignment across multiple teams and anticipating future scaling, security, and compliance needs.

Orchestrate delivery of strategic initiatives in close partnership with engineers, designers, product managers, and crossfunctional stakeholders bringing clarity to ambiguous requirements, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring multiteam execution lands with high quality and measurable customer impact. Lead and implement the design of high-performance, scalable infrastructure.

Set and uphold engineering excellence standards by producing wellarchitected, secure, and maintainable systems; proactively identifying and resolving sources of technical debt; mentoring and growing other engineers; and driving adoption of best practices that raise the bar for craft and quality across the organization.

Skills:

10+ years of software engineering experience, with a consistent track record of delivering businesscritical systems at scale and leading teams through complex technical initiatives across multiple quarters.

Proven ability to design, evolve, and steward largescale, lowlatency, missioncritical services defining serviceoriented architectures that span multiple teams and domains, anticipating future needs, and driving alignment on technical direction and tradeoffs.

Deep expertise in backend system and database (e.g., Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB), with the ability to define data strategies, optimize performance, and guide others in delivering reliable, observable, and costefficient storage solutions at scale.

Rapidly master new engineering systems and domains building enough context to debug, optimize, and evolve them while creating onboarding paths, documentation, and reusable patterns so multiple teams can adopt and extend these systems efficiently.

Education:

Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, networking, security, databases), developed through formal education or equivalent largescale industry experience, coupled with a proven ability to apply these principles to highimpact, crossfunctional engineering initiatives.
