Role and Responsibilities: As a Mail Fulfillment Associate, you will play an essential role in sorting, processing, and preparing mail and packages for delivery. Your efforts will help maintain USPS’s high standards for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Sort and categorize incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of address and postage information
  • Prepare bulk shipments and mail trays for transportation and dispatch
  • Operate standard mail processing equipment and scanners
  • Inspect and verify packaging standards for weight and size compliance
  • Assist with inventory management and fulfillment documentation
  • Maintain clean and organized mailroom and workstations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and scanning skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mailroom or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with USPS processing standards and equipment
  • Knowledge of shipping software and barcode scanning tools
