About the Role
This isn’t a generic Google Ads “set and forget” role. This is for A-Player Account Managers who want to be the reason our roofing clients dominate their local market—and the reason they stay. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing 10–20 roofing clients scaling with Google Ads + AI Setter follow-up systems Delivering qualified roofing leads at $150–$300 CPL consistently Setting monthly projections and holding clients accountable to inputs that hit them Auditing campaigns, refining targeting/messaging, and ensuring funnels convert Partnering with our AI Setter team to maximize contact + booking rates Leading daily reporting, EOD recaps, and weekly performance calls Communicating fast, clearly, and strategically—so clients feel we’re locked in with them Sourcing 3 A-Player referrals per year to help scale our team ✅ This Is for You If… ✔️ You’ve managed Google Ads for local service businesses (ideally roofing, HVAC, or home improvement) ✔️ You understand the math behind scaling a roofing company profitably ✔️ You’re outcome-obsessed and love driving hard results ✔️ You’re fast, analytical, and thrive in KPI-driven environments ✔️ You hold yourself and clients to high standards of communication + accountability ✔️ You want to be part of a high-performance team that plays to win ❌ This Is NOT for You If… ❌ You’ve never run Google Ads for local service/home improvement businesses ❌ You think “managing expectations” is more important than driving outcomes ❌ You crumble under pressure or avoid accountability ❌ You ghost clients, miss deadlines, or need micromanagement ❌ You hate tracking numbers, reporting daily, and living inside dashboards Compensation & On-Track Earnings (OTE) $350/Client/Month under management OTE = $7,000–$10,500+/Month Performance Bonuses for hitting CPL + Projection Targets 100% Remote – Work from anywhere Career growth inside a scaling AI-powered marketing firm Work alongside top-tier Google Ads specialists + AI Setter operators Be part of a mission to make roofing companies the #1 in their markets Who We’re Looking For We don’t hire average.
