About the Opportunity

A WW Coach channels their passion for a healthy lifestyle into inspiring members to build healthy habits and achieve milestones on their own wellness journeys. As a WW Coach you will be responsible for building an inclusive, in-person community through facilitating a customer-focused workshop centered on wellness and building healthy habits.

Location: Melbourne/ Melbourne North

Looking for candidates available at the following times:

Saturday 8:00am to 10:00am

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering Workshop experience (facilitating and coaching) - providing supportive Wellness Check-in; delivering the workshop topic in a fun and engaging way; utilising facilitation skills to keep the discussion relevant and flowing; creating a safe space; celebrating member successes; supporting members to build healthy habits; supporting members to set actions for the coming week; delivering an effective new member orientation

  • Driving member recruitment and retention - delivering consistent on-brand member experience; driving member referrals; developing personal connections with members; engaging in WW community both through social media and Connect (WW’s in-app social media platform); performing member care tasks weekly

  • Maintaining and increasing product sales - tailor recommendations of WW products and offerings and drives sales, seeking to understand member needs and pain points and using your knowledge to help build healthy habits

  • Community involvement - Be a WW brand ambassador in the local community; attracting new members and representing WW in local events if required

  • Conducting Orientation - You will conduct new member orientations ensuring new members understand the current WW program and can start immediately on their wellness journeys.

A WW Coach must :

  • Be a strong facilitator

  • Empathetic

  • Be comfortable with rapid change

  • Have strong coaching skills

  • Have excellent time management and organisation skills

  • Have a strong business acumen

  • Have excellent listening and communication skills

  • Be tech-savvy across a range of different tools and platforms, including G Suites.

There is a need for WW Coaches to store and transport WW products and equipment. Due to this, you must have space to store items at your home and have your own car and driver’s licence.
