We are looking

for an AutomationDeveloper to join our fast-paced Automations Team at Kilo Health. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automations that improve operational efficiency across various teams using tools like n8n and Zendesk, and integrating services using JavaScript, PHP (Laravel), and React.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about building scalable and meaningful process automations using modern tools and languages.

Get ready to

  • Develop and maintain workflows in n8n, integrating with tools like Zendesk CRMs, internal services, and 3rd-party APIs
  • Build custom logic and integrations using JavaScript and PHP (Laravel)
  • Create internal tooling and automation dashboards using React
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to gather requirements and implement process automations
  • Monitor, debug, and optimize automation flows for performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Maintain clean documentation of workflows, APIs, and automation logic
  • Contribute to the technical architecture of our automation ecosystem
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold coding best practices

We expect you to

  • Have 2+ years of experience in software development or automation-focused roles
  • Be proficient in JavaScript and PHP, particularly with the Laravel framework
  • Be familiar with React and capable of building web-based tools or admin interfaces
  • Have hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Node-RED
  • Be experienced in integrating with platforms like Zendesk or alternatives (Kustomer, Zowie), as well as working with REST APIs and webhooks
  • Understand software architecture and data flow in complex systems
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Demonstrate strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Be familiar with monitoring/logging tools, such as Sentry or Datadog
  • Use version control systems (e.g., Git) and understand CI/CD pipelines
  • Bring a background in customer service or operations engineering (a plus, not required)
  • Communicate effectively, solve problems with attention to detail, and manage tasks with clear priorities

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-4200 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
