Data & AI Manager | About You

As a Data & AI Manager, you are responsible for leading strategic, client-facing engagements that blend technical excellence with business impact. You bring deep expertise in data, analytics, and AI, along with a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and guide complex initiatives from vision to delivery. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can lead technical teams, shape data strategies, and build long-term client relationships. You are consultative by nature, technically hands-on when needed, and highly driven to deliver measurable outcomes. You understand how to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive growth across a portfolio of accounts.

Data & AI Manager | Day-to-Day

  • Own and manage a portfolio of several enterprise client accounts, serving as the primary strategic and delivery lead.
  • Build strong relationships with client executives, shaping data and AI roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Drive early-stage solutioning, proposals, and pricing, then lead end-to-end engagement execution.
  • Provide technical leadership across data governance, cloud architecture, advanced analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Oversee onshore and offshore teams to ensure delivery excellence, scalability, and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, and best practices that improve delivery and growth efforts.

Data & AI Manager | Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Data, AI, or Analytics, with a strong consulting background and technical delivery leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream client engagements while driving measurable impact.
  • Expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS), data governance, AI/ML, and analytics tools.
  • Track record of building and expanding client relationships, with strong business acumen and sales support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading global delivery teams (onshore/offshore) and operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
