Position: AI Engineer (100% remote in Portugal)

What youll be doing (in epic fashion):

• Develop AI solutions that actually work not just in theory, but in the real world.
• Work with deep learning, NLP, TensorFlow, computer vision, chatbots, and agentic platforms.
• Take part in multidisciplinary projects, from functional design to prototyping and testing.
• Document solutions, share learnings, and contribute to our AI strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify innovation opportunities using AI.

What you bring to the table:

Mandatory:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI solutions.
• Strong command of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, TensorFlow, NLP, and related areas.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, object-oriented design, and functional principles.
• Experience in developing REST APIs, and designing NoSQL and relational databases.
• English fluency is mandatory.

Valued:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with innovation accelerators.
• Familiarity with cloud environments.
