In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our clients' networking solutions. You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and secure network performance. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructures tailored to client specifications.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal connectivity and uptime.
  • Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Participate in network upgrade projects and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement network security measures.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide tier 3 support for network-related issues, escalating to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Stay updated on emerging network technologies, protocols, and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in network engineering or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, routing protocols, and VLANs.
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with network hardware and software, including Cisco and Juniper products.
  • Basic knowledge of network security practices and technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Experience with virtualization and cloud networking technologies is a plus.
