Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through outbound outreach using Instantly and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure fit and potential
  • Manage leads, activities, and deal progress within Pipedrive
  • Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and negotiations
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to optimize messaging and hand-offs
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Experience with Pipedrive, Instantly, or similar CRM and outreach tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for hitting goals
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
