Community Manager

Remote position within Argentina & UruguayRyz Labs is looking for a Community Manager to join one of our clients. By prioritizing innovation and customer engagement, our client aims to build a vibrant community around their exciting brand vision. We are seeking a skilled Community Manager and Content Writer to amplify their voice and deepen connections with their audience.

Qualifications:

• +4 years of experience in community management and content creation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to produce engaging content across various platforms.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
• E-commerce experience (Nice to have)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow online communities on platforms like Reddit and social media.
• Create compelling blog posts and articles that align with our brand vision.
• Develop strategies to engage and nurture our community, responding to feedback professionally.
• Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
