About the role

We’re looking for a highly strategic, ambitious, and data-driven Enterprise Sales Director. You will be responsible for closing new Accounts and growing our customer base. This highly strategic role requires a rare combination of skills, including consulting, selling, project management, and customer service. In addition, you are an excellent communicator and come with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement named Account or Territory plans geared at both maximizing new business sales and expansion opportunities across a comprehensive portfolio of clients.
  • Uncover opportunities at existing accounts and establish new accounts to develop a sales Pipeline.
  • Target key decision-makers (C-Level) and determine buying readiness and timelines.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with an emphasis on closing.
  • Close business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual booking objectives.
  • Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
  • Establish a thought leadership presence within the DAP industry in the DACH region, both internally and externally.
  • Your profile:

  • 5+ years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new (enterprise-) accounts and run a complex sales process
  • Revenue quota-carrying experience with large enterprise customers is a must
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
  • Fluent in English and German
