Job Overview As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards. Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation for daily service.
• Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service.
• Support catering events as needed, including setup and breakdown.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
