Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

* No prior experience is necessary for this role, as full training will be provided

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently, closely following provided instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to continuously improve and develop skills
