Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Technology Manager to lead our capital investment and strategic planning initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a substantial development capital investment budget, driving effective execution of investment initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Capital Investment Management: Focus on managing a substantial development capital investment budget, ensuring optimal utilization of funds to maximize returns and support strategic business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and project management, to drive effective execution of investment initiatives and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Annual Planning: Lead the annual planning process for capital investments, identifying and prioritizing key investment opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Prioritization Model: Create and maintain a dynamic prioritization model for capital investments, evaluating potential projects based on financial returns, strategic fit, and risk assessment.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on capital investment performance, tracking progress against investment goals and providing insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
Education
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience
A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility is required, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and maximizing returns on investment.

As a Lead Product Technology Manager at AT&T, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary ranging from $143,800 to $215,800 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
