About the Role

We're seeking reliable and skilled Construction General Laborers to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a General Laborer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our construction projects and contributing to the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and clean-up, ensuring a safe and organized work environment
• Load and unload materials and equipment, utilizing proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
• Operate hand and power tools, following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines
• Work at heights safely and confidently, adhering to scaffolding and fall protection protocols
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take direction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and safety protocols
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, participating in regular safety meetings and training sessions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Prior experience in construction or general labor (preferred but not required)
