Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This part-time/full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission and make a positive impact in our community. As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and inputting data into our online systems and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data entry and maintaining databases to ensure accuracy and safety
  • Collecting and inputting data from various sources, including online platforms, databases, surveys, and documents
  • Communicating with team members to ensure accuracy and safety of collected data
  • Ensuring the safety and availability of all data
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Good typing and data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently input data into our online systems and social media platforms
  • Reliable and fast internet connectivity to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
