Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven experiments and A/B tests to optimize Netflix's offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or a similar analytical role.

• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and modeling techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with big data technologies is a plus (Hadoop, Spark).
