  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service or virtual assistant experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for phone calls
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Must be based in the USA
