Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth. If you have a great attitude, a winning personality, and a passion for sales, we'll provide you with the necessary tools and support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Time Customer Service Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
  • Meet with customers directly on a daily basis to review available products and services and initiate the sales process
  • Ensure accurate entry of customer contact information
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers
  • Handle all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face
  • Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services
  • Resolve customer issues in a friendly, helpful way
  • Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings
