Job Summary

As a French Wholesale Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our independent B2B clients in the fashion industry. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their enquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, processing daily orders, and working closely with our logistics team to ensure timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

* Be the main point of contact for our independent B2B customers, responding to their enquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Respond to all customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and letters, and ensure that these are fully resolved in an efficient way.
  • Help manage client relationships, including arranging promotions, sending information and samples as needed, and helping manage the client's product catalogue.
  • Process daily orders to system and work with our warehouse team to ensure goods are shipped on time, as well as planning the week's shipments with our logistics team.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development with our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive a high level of service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback and suggestions for improving our services.

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in French (written and spoken)

  • Previous customer service experience in the wholesale sector, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in writing
  • Understanding of logistics/import/export in the international markets
  • Target-driven and determined, with a strong sense of helping the customer find the right solutions for their business
  • Strong administrative skills, including organisation, time management, and proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and its trends
  • Previous experience working with international clients
  • Proficiency in other languages, including English
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software
