Microsoft Security Solutions Architect - ConsultNet, LLC

Summary: Microsoft Security Solutions Architect The Security Architect will be responsible for guiding clients through the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and modern enterprise security solutions. This role involves engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders to ensure security strategies align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture efforts centered on Data Security and Threat Detection & Response (XDR) for enterprise environments, aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Design and deliver end-to-end data protection and detection strategies leveraging tools such as:
  • Microsoft Purview Information Protection
  • Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management
  • Microsoft Purview DLP
  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
  • Proofpoint Insider Risk Management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure architecture, with at least 5 years focused on data security or threat detection/response.
• Proven expertise in building and implementing enterprise security solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks and their enterprise application.
• Demonstrated experience designing solutions for large-scale organizations (e.g., Fortune 500).
• Skilled in engaging with diverse audiences, from technical engineers to C-level executives, throughout pre- and post-sales phases.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, or PCI-DSS.
