Job Summary

As a Senior Advanced Analytics Professional, you will play a critical role in analyzing large data sets, identifying causal relationships, and predicting future outcomes of key business drivers. You will work on a variety of projects, including churn analysis, customer behavior, segmentation, sales analysis, forecasting, pricing business case development, and customer experience analysis. You will also design, maintain, and update interactive online dashboards, create and deploy predictive models, and automate data extract, transform, and load processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large data sets to identify causal relationships, explain trends, and predict future outcomes of key business drivers

• Work on project site selection, optimization, and rationalization, including churn analysis, customer behavior, segmentation, sales analysis, forecasting, pricing business case development, and customer experience analysis
• Design, maintain, and update interactive online dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Create and deploy predictive models, including geographic location-based models, using tools such as Alteryx and FME
• Automate data extract, transform, and load processes to improve data quality and reduce processing time
• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
• Provide insight on data and research activities, including team productivity, sales performance, and economic impact
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Work on query platform on Microsoft SQL server to develop ad hoc SQL queries and reports

Essential Qualifications

* Master's degree in Analytics or Computer Science, or foreign equivalent degree

• 2 years of experience in the job offered, or 2 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Strong background in data discovery and visualization skills using a combination of languages and tools, including SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Experience designing, maintaining, and updating interactive online dashboards
• Proficiency in programming languages R/Python with add-on packages, including pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn
• Experience automating data extract, transform, and load processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
• Experience working on query platform on Microsoft SQL server

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced certifications in Statistical Business Analysis and Advanced Programming

• Experience working in the wireless and telecommunications industry
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including regression, cluster analysis, classification, random forest, sentiment analysis, A/B testing, optimization, factor analysis, time series analysis, dimension reduction, variable selection, and other analysis such as ANOVA, F-Test, T-test, Cross-Validation, and experiment design
• Experience working with relational databases and developing ad hoc SQL queries and reports
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
