Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as online data entry, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online jobs. You will work independently in a professional and skilled manner, utilizing your computer skills to complete tasks efficiently. This is a telecommuting position, and you will be required to have a PC/MAC that is up to 3-4 years old. You will be responsible for using your own 3G or 4G secured system, and you will be accountable for data usage.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide email customer service in an online ticket response system
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize best-answer templates to communicate with customers
- Perform online data entry tasks, including product and service reviews and surveys
- Work independently in a professional and skilled manner
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
* Computer proficiency, intermediate functioning skill level is minimum requirement
- Strong work ethic, information-oriented, and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients
- Willingness to learn and desire to grow and develop in our company
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a home-based environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly pay rate: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
