As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Contact Center Operations team, taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate multiple systems to respond to questions and resolve issues in a professional and conversational manner. Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of obligatory training
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
