Job Overview

The Home Service Coordinator will serve as a deals and client care expert, responsible for building, managing, and collaborating with a diverse community of local service professionals across multiple trades. This role will require teaching customers and trade professionals about the benefits of utilizing and collaborating with The Home Depot (THD)/Master Service. The Home Service Coordinator will onboard support experts, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of all tools, resources, and processes to achieve a high rate of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • 90% Customer and Professional Trade Organizations (PTO) customer care via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems
  • 10% Document customer interactions using electronic software tools and ensure end-to-end support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional trade organizations and customers
  • Perform other activities as assigned by leadership

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
