Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial and Merchandising Supervisor to join our team. As a remote team member, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of promoters, executing commercial policies, and driving sales growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow with a dynamic team, developing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of promoters, monitoring results and providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Execute commercial policies and ensure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Sales Growth: Conduct regular visits to clients, ensuring monthly sales targets are met and identifying opportunities to increase volume and portfolio.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to increase volume and portfolio.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate with clients and prospects to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of clients, market assets, and activities to ensure successful execution.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
  • Driving License: Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Experience: Desirable experience in Commercial Area, Sales, Commercial Management, and People Management.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Indicators, and Power BI.
  • Interpersonal Competencies: Logical reasoning, interpersonal relationships, influence, negotiation, customer focus, teamwork, innovation, global vision, and adaptability.
