Job Summary

As a Remote Encounters IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, producing, and analyzing customer operations data to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain reports, implement and maintain information systems, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities

* Design, produce, and analyze customer operations data to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence

• Create and maintain reports for business operations and special projects, including operational processes and data analysis
• Utilize knowledge of numerous applications, databases, information systems, statistical tools, and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of information systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, data analysis, or a related field

• Experience in Medicaid and 837 EDI (i, p, d) is highly desirable
• 5+ years of experience with NCPDP Files (null)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and software, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
