Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Public Cloud MM Consultant to join our AMS team. The consultant will be responsible for providing ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Procurement and Materials Management solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, SAP technology, and excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain Management modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Implement system enhancements, configuration changes, and updates based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Manage change requests, from gathering requirements to testing and deployment.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are effectively using the SAP system.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and support activities.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud updates and best practices, and recommend relevant changes to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions in an AMS role.
• Previous experience in supply chain processes and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• SAP certification in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Experience with incident management, change management, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and UI5.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and principles.
