Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 10 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience supporting a large corporate or financial services client being a significant plus.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services, as well as banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning to stay current with marketing trends and technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment within the financial services industry.
  • Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Hubspot).
  • Experience with client-facing responsibilities and strong relationship management skills.
