Job Summary Ryder works behind the scenes providing technology-driven supply chain, dedicated transportation, and fleet management solutions to companies of all sizes from emerging retailers to some of the world's most known brands. Requirements:

• Completion of high school or a comparable credential is often a requirement for various job opportunities
• The ideal candidate must possess a clean driving record, have their own vehicle, and be ready to travel locally for an estimated 25 to 50% of the day
• Demonstrating a strong aptitude for technical tasks, such as using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel effectively, operating scanners proficiently, and entering orders accurately into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Must demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• It is vital to be equipped to work indoors and outdoors as needed

Requirements:

• Having a high school diploma or its equivalent is desirable
• Candidates with preferred experience of one year or more in warehouse tasks or handling powered industrial trucks are encouraged to apply
• Accredited with a current forklift operator's license
• Strong abilities in articulate verbal and written expression
• Demonstrating proficiency in independent work and teamwork
• Skilled at working harmoniously in a team and adapting well to diverse workplaces
• Excelling in establishing and maintaining professional relationships at every organizational level (colleagues, teams, customers, supervisors) and being skilled at thriving in a diverse workplace setting

• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Endurance to remain upright for a lengthy duration
• Proficiency in carrying out tasks while maintaining health and safety standards
• The job requires flexibility in terms of working hours and shifts
• Known for meticulous attention to detail and consistent post-action monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in warehouse operations that consist of loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, operating forklifts, and carrying out cycle counts
• Following the performance measurement guidelines of the contract while performing assigned duties
• In charge of ensuring the accurate selection and packing of goods, auditing orders, introducing totes, staging products for shipment, and managing truck loading and unloading activities
• Duties consist of managing the administrative tasks in a warehouse, such as picking lists, product returns, and billing paperwork
• Providing aid and upkeep services for diverse elements connected to the automated packing system throughout the core operational period
• Carrying out tasks in line with the performance measurement parameters defined in the contract
• Carries out additional assignments as needed.

Equipment:

• Merchandise Reception: Handling the incoming products that include bolts, cables, reels, wires, and anchors.
• Stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as pallet jacks, are crucial tools in the realm of material handling equipment
