Who you’ll be Working for: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Benefits for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• £28k base salary with an increase to £32k within 6 months
• Incredible career progression with a target-based promotion that’s hit at month 5 or 6
• Commission structure that reaches 50% with no threshold
• OTE in year one of 50k

• Be the middleman between client and candidate, setting up interviews and prepping them for any difficult questions that may pop up
• Negotiate the deal and get them an offer
• Make a successful placement and get your commission

The Profile We are Looking for: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 2:1 for above from a top 50 university
• Charismatic and energetic
• Sales skills or experience in a sales-based role
• Strong communication skills
• Naturally inquisitive
• Competitive nature
• Financially motivated
