We are recruiting Customs Data Entry/Administration Clerks for our worldwide logistics customer in Solihill, Birmingham. This is a temp - perm opportunity working with one of the worlds largest organizations.

This is a HYBRID role involving 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

Successful candidate must have data entry experience and be willing to undertake online pre-testing in Data Entry and Attention to Detail. This is on-going agency work with the potential of becoming permanent in the future.

Rate of Pay: £25,397.00 pa, paid hourly £13.02ph (37.5 hrs)

Hours of work: Fixed 8 hour shift between 0600-1800

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Duties

• Checking and Filing customs paperwork for EU & UK.
• Data Entry and Data Transfer
• Creating and requesting relevant customs clearance documentation.
• Managing numerous mailboxes between Carriers and Vendors.
• Ensuring all shipments have the correct and necessary documents to be able to cross.
• Dealing with any discrepancies and misalignments that might arise
• Office based

Required

• A stable and consistent work history
• Data Entry Experience (Essential)
• Office working experience
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
• High standard of attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Clear criminal record
• You may be required to take a Drug and Alcohol Test
• Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential
