Assist with project coordination, including creating project timelines, organizing materials, and managing budgets. Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and provide updates on project progress. Source and research materials, furnishings, and decor to meet project requirements and stay updated on industry trends. Create detailed design presentations and sketches to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Use design software to create 2D and 3D renderings and floor plans. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Maintain organization and accuracy of design files and project documents. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and furnishings. Continuously develop and enhance design skills through training and learning opportunities. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and materials. Adhere to company standards and guidelines in all aspects of the job. Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the design team and company goals.
