Data Evaluator

Remote · USA Full-time New today

NeoWork is looking for a skilled Data Evaluator to ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of data across multiple platforms. As a Data Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in assessing and validating data sets, contributing to the overall data quality strategy, and supporting our commitment to delivering reliable insights to our clients.

This role involves working in simulated SaaS environments (such as QuickBooks and other platforms), performing tasks like marking invoices as paid and recording data actions. You’ll also help build structured JSON files based on these actions, no coding required, but some technical familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate simulated software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks) and perform realistic user actions
  • Create detailed JSON files to reflect those actions
  • Support assignment creation and data tracking across different SaaS environments
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and speed in every data entry and task
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on tight timelines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in roles with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Smart, independent, and a quick learner
  • Strong aptitude test scores, especially in speed and attention to detail, these matter more to us than past experience
  • Comfortable navigating new tools and processes without needing step-by-step instructions
  • Some technical background or experience working with data formats like JSON is a bonus, but not required

Benefits

  • We offer health insurance for contractors
  • Holiday Extra Pay
  • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
  • This is a 100% home-based position
  • We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being.
  • In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives may be provided.
  • There is an annual review and appraisal process in place.
  • There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
