Principal Product Manager
As Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the future of platform integration between Follow Up Boss and Zillow. You’ll lead the evolution of our two-way sync into a seamless, deeply integrated experience, solving real platform challenges like reducing onboarding friction, improving data reliability, and streamlining agent identity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent, with a focus on platform, APIs, data systems, or complex integrations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver infrastructure or backend-driven initiatives that support customer-facing experiences.
- Strong systems thinker with a talent for simplifying and re-architecting complex workflows.
- Skilled at navigating technical tradeoffs with engineering and aligning them to product strategy.
- Analytical, curious, and comfortable working with data to form hypotheses and drive decisions.
- Excellent communicator, able to produce clear documentation, strategy briefs, and stakeholder updates.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy and accountability.
- Experience with CRM platforms, lead routing systems, or tools for real estate agents is a plus.
